Preschool child care will be offered at no cost to messengers and their families during the meetings of the Pastors Conference, Ministers' Wives Conference, the Hispanic Fellowship and all sessions of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention. No Child care will be provided for school age children at any session. Pre-registration is required. No meals will be provided.

Each church is allowed messengers based on the total membership. A messenger must be elected by his local church and bring a messenger card to the registration desk. Then he/she will receive a program, Book of Reports, and ballots.
